Wolseley High Five Colleague Recognition  Scheme

Here are our terms and conditions for Wolseley’s High Five colleague recognition scheme.

  • Our High Five peer-to-peer recognition scheme applies to all permanent Wolseley UK Group colleagues. It does not apply to Agency Workers provided to Wolseley UK by a temporary work agency or self-employed contractors.

  • High Five nominations run on a quarterly basis, giving you the opportunity to recognise colleagues who you feel have clearly demonstrated our Wolseley values, with each nominee being in with a chance of winning Love2Shop credit in reward for their outstanding contribution.

  • The nomination process is nice and simple. All you need to do is complete the short online form to tell us who you’re nominating, why you're nominating them, and which of our five values they have demonstrated:

    • Safety, Health & Wellbeing

    • Exceptional Service

    • Fairness & respect

    • Nurturing Potential

    • Positive Impact

 

  • To help ensure the scheme is as fair as possible, each quarter, our Colleague Forum Reps shortlist the nominations for their business units (with the names of nominees removed), ready for our Leadership Team Sponsors to select the winners.

 

  • The quarterly winner in each value category will receive £50 as a rewards balance to exchange for a Love2shop Product. Annual awards may also be selected from the quarterly award winners.

 

  • Should a colleague leave their employment with Wolseley, their High Five award account will be disabled six months after they leave.

  • Love2Shop Products vary in terms of expiry, please check the specific expiry date on each product. 

  • The High Five colleague recognition scheme is non-contractual and entirely at Wolseley’s discretion.
