What happens if I leave employment?

Should you leave your employment with Wolseley, your long service award account will be disabled six months after you leave.

Where can I have my award delivered?

Long service awards can be delivered within the UK. You can choose your address for delivery when you place your reward order at checkout, and your home address is often the best option.

Am I able to add any additional information when placing my order?

No, it is not possible to add additional information.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

Love2shop cards will be sent by post within 1 or 2 working days from receipt of your order. Delivery times will vary depending on the time you place your order; however, we advise you to allow up to 7 working days for delivery. Love2shop digital codes will be received within 1 working days from receipt of the order.

My award has not arrived?

Please contact engage-support@love2shop.co.uk with your username, shown in your award letter, and a description of your order, your order ID if your physical award has not arrived after 7 working days of placing the order or if your e-Gift card has not been received within 1 full working day (please ensure you check your Spam and Junk folders).

What if my award is incorrect?

Please email engage-support@love2shop.co.uk with the details and we will aim to resolve this for you as soon as possible.

Will I have to sign for my award?

Physical Love2shop gift cards will be sent out by First Class post and will not require a signature upon delivery. Orders made over £150 will be delivered by courier and will require signiture upon delivery. Your card will carry no value until it is activated online at www.love2shop.co.uk.

Can I change my delivery address?

No, please ensure at checkout you have the correct delivery address to avoid any dissappointment.

Due to the speed we pick and pack orders, we are unable to amend delivery addresses. 

Can I cancel my order?

No, due to the speed we pick and pack orders, we are unable to cancel any orders.

Can I check the status of my order?

No. However, if you have not received your physical order after 7 working days please contact engage-support@love2shop.co.uk with your details. Please allow up to 1 working days for delivery for e- Gift Cards. 

We aim to respond to all queries within 48 hours.

Please be advised that our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm excluding Bank Holidays.
