Our quarterly peer-to-peer scheme, High Five, is here to give you the opportunity to recognise colleagues who you feel have clearly demonstrated our values, with each nominee being in with a chance of winning a Love2Shop voucher in reward for their outstanding contribution.

The nomination process is nice and simple. All you need to do is complete the short form on the High Five homepage to tell us who you’re nominating, why you're nominating them, and which of our five values they have demonstrated.

To help ensure the scheme is as fair as possible, each quarter, our Colleague Forum Reps will shortlist the nominations for their Business Units (with the names of nominees removed), ready for our Leadership Team to select the winners.
